Then don't speak to your website visitor like that either.


I don't mean swearing , I mean corporate speak. Frankly, swearing is preferable.

If you met a potential client at a networking event you wouldn't talk to them like that would you? No. Because they'd think you were a d**khead. So why do you use corporate speak on your website?


Talk like a human being. It's all about being authentic and relatable remember. Especially if you a sole trader or a small limited company.
